Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Morphiq, a beta creative tool designed and developed by Alvaro Studio. By accessing or using Morphiq, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You may use Morphiq only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement on your own behalf, or on behalf of an organisation you represent.

Beta status

Morphiq is currently provided as a beta product. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed at any time while the product is evolving.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login method secure. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that creates risk for Morphiq or others.

License to use Morphiq

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Morphiq for its intended purpose. This license does not transfer any ownership of Morphiq or its underlying software, design, branding, or content.

Your content

You retain ownership of the images, videos, SVGs, and other creative assets you use with Morphiq. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload and process that content.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the service or bypass access controls.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit Morphiq beyond permitted use.
• Do not use Morphiq to violate the rights, privacy, or security of others.

Availability

We aim to keep Morphiq available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific uptime, or compatibility with every browser or device.

Fees and future changes

Morphiq is currently offered free of charge during beta. We may introduce paid plans, usage limits, or other commercial terms in the future. If we do, we will communicate the new terms before they apply to your use.

Termination

You may stop using Morphiq at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

No warranty

Morphiq is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alvaro Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of Morphiq.

Changes to Morphiq or these Terms

We may update Morphiq and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of Morphiq after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply under the consumer laws of your country of residence. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the courts of Madrid, Spain will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Morphiq.
